Service Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Egyptian Developers, we are dedicated to providing top-quality digital marketing and web development services. However, if you need to cancel or seek a refund for a service, please follow our policy below:
1. Service Cancellations
– Before Service Begins: Clients can cancel any service before the project begins by notifying us via email at support@dev.eg or by calling 00201143888832. Full refunds will be issued if the project has not yet started.
– During Project Execution: Once work has commenced, cancellation will result in a partial refund, depending on the work completed. Any custom work already performed will be charged accordingly, and costs incurred for third-party services or resources used (e.g., hosting, domain, or software subscriptions) will not be refunded.
– Completion Stage: If the project is near completion or already delivered, cancellations will not be accepted. The final service fee will be invoiced in full.
2. Refunds for Digital Services
– Eligibility: Refunds for services are provided only under specific conditions:
– If we fail to meet agreed-upon deliverables due to our negligence.
– If there is a technical issue or service error on our part that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
– Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable for:
– Ongoing monthly services (e.g., SEO, social media management) where work is consistently delivered on a monthly basis.
– Strategic consultations, audits, and reports once the client has received these deliverables.
– Any costs associated with third-party services used during the project.
Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of service delivery to request a refund, provided the conditions for eligibility are met. After this period, refunds will not be processed.
3. Requesting a Refund
– Procedure: To request a refund, please get in touch with us at support@dev.eg with your service details and explain the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
– Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 8 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
4. Quality Assurance
– We take pride in delivering high-quality digital solutions. If you experience any issues with the services provided, we encourage you to reach out immediately so we can resolve the problem or discuss adjustments.
5. Termination of Ongoing Services
– Monthly Contracts: For services such as monthly SEO, website maintenance, or social media management, clients can terminate their agreement with 30 days’ notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered during the notice period.
– Project-Based Services: For fixed-scope projects, cancellation terms will follow the guidelines mentioned in the Service-Cancellations section.
6. Support & Maintenance Refunds
– Support and maintenance packages are non-refundable once the service period begins, as they cover ongoing technical assistance and resource allocation.
7. Disputes & Resolution
– In the event of a disagreement regarding the quality or delivery of services, we offer a transparent dispute resolution process. Please get in touch with us to open a case for review, and we will work diligently to resolve it to mutual satisfaction.
